  • Reformer / Equipment Classes

    Multi-level classes that combine the principles of Pilates with an emphasis on moving through multiple planes of motion. Every muscle group will be stretched and/or strengthened. A wonderful blend of exercises to rejuvenate your body and mind.

  • Open Studio

    Open Studio is for experienced students who are self motivated and proficient on the equipment. There will be supervision and some guidance/advice by a certified instructor but, this should be considered your personal practice. Like all sessions, Open Studio is by appointment only.

  • Private + Semi-private

    These lessons are customized to meet your needs. We are able to focus on your form and target areas that you may be eager to care for. If you are living with chronic conditions, rehabilitating from an injury, want a different pace than in a class, or have a constrained schedule, private sessions are a great option.
